 The Rowan allows 3 - 5 business days to pack up & ship your order! If you do not receive a shipping confirmation after the allotted shipping timeline, please reach out to hello@shoptherowan.com 

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Standard shipping can take anywhere between 3 - 7 days. If you choose an expedited option, the carrier is responsible for delivering within the allotted timeline. 

I RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT I DON'T LOVE IT. WHAT DO I DO?
